This Privacy Policy explains how Ingenii OÜ processes personal data in connection with the Evidelis website, digital products, customer support and product fulfilment.

2. Personal Data We Process

• Name and email address.
• Company or organisation name.
• Purchase and order information.
• Stripe Checkout Session and transaction references.
• Information needed to verify whether a purchase has been paid.
• Download, fulfilment and digital-content consent records.
• Support requests and correspondence.
• IP address, browser information and basic technical or security logs generated through our infrastructure providers.
• Website usage information processed through Google Analytics when you give analytics consent, such as pages viewed, referring source, browser/device information and interaction events such as checkout starts.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

3. How We Obtain Your Data

We obtain personal data directly from you, through checkout, from Stripe in connection with your purchase, through the technical operation and security of the website and download service, and when you contact customer support.

4. Why We Process Personal Data

Performing the purchase contract

We process data to verify payment, deliver purchased digital content, generate secure access links, provide product support and maintain delivery records. The legal basis is performance of a contract or steps connected with a contract.

Legal obligations

We may process information where necessary to comply with accounting, tax, consumer-protection or other legal obligations.

Security and fraud prevention

We may process technical and transaction information to protect our website, products and customers against abuse, fraud and unauthorised access. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure digital service.

Customer support

We process information submitted through support communications to respond to questions, investigate problems and manage complaints. The legal basis may be performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations or our legitimate interests, depending on the request.

Consent

Where applicable law requires consent for a particular processing activity, we rely on consent and you may withdraw that consent where the relevant processing remains based on consent.

5. Payment Processing

Purchases may be processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Where Managed Payments applies, Stripe’s relevant Managed Payments entity acts as merchant of record for the transaction and may process payment, billing, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention and customer-support information under its own privacy terms. Ingenii OÜ does not receive your full card details.

6. Service Providers

We currently use Cloudflare for website delivery, security, DNS, email routing, Workers and private file storage; Stripe for checkout, payment processing and transaction verification; Resend for transactional product-delivery and support-related emails; and Google Analytics for optional website analytics when you have given consent.

These providers may process personal data as processors, independent controllers or both, depending on the specific service and processing activity.

7. International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR requires safeguards for such transfers, applicable mechanisms may include adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognised safeguards.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. Purchase and transaction records may be retained for legally required accounting, tax and consumer-protection periods. Fulfilment and consent records may be retained as reasonably necessary to evidence delivery, licences and customer entitlements. Support correspondence may be retained to resolve requests, manage disputes or establish legal claims.

9. Cookies, Analytics and Tracking

The Evidelis website does not intentionally use advertising or cross-site behavioural advertising cookies. Technical cookies or similar technologies may be used where necessary for security, website operation, payment functionality or services supplied by third-party providers. Stripe and other third-party services may use their own technologies under their respective privacy policies.

We use Google Analytics 4 only after you give analytics consent. Before consent, the Google Analytics library is not loaded by the Evidelis website and analytics storage remains denied. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party analytics identifiers (including identifiers commonly associated with the _ga family) and process usage information such as page views, referring source, browser/device information and checkout-start events.

Our analytics implementation keeps advertising-related consent signals denied. We do not use Google Analytics on this website for personalised advertising.

You can reject optional analytics without affecting access to the website or your ability to purchase the product. You can also reopen the analytics preference panel using the Cookie settings control in the website footer and change your choice.

10. Your Rights

Subject to GDPR and applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

11. Supervisory Authority

You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or, where applicable, the data-protection authority in the EU/EEA country where you live or work.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Digital products are stored in private cloud object storage and access is provided through server-side purchase verification and time-limited download credentials.

13. Children

Evidelis products are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, providers or legal requirements. The current version will be published on evidelis.com together with its effective date.
