Refund & Digital Content Policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
This Policy explains how refunds, withdrawal rights and digital-content delivery work for Evidelis products.
1. Digital Product
Evidelis AI Governance | EU Edition is supplied as digital content and is not provided on a physical medium. Following successful payment, customers receive access to a secure download service.
2. Consumers in the EU/EEA
If you purchase as a consumer, applicable consumer-protection law may provide a statutory withdrawal period for distance contracts. Special rules apply to digital content supplied immediately.
Before the download begins, we ask you to:
- expressly request and consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the end of the applicable withdrawal period; and
- acknowledge that, once the supply of the digital content begins, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal in relation to that digital content.
The confirmations are not pre-selected and require affirmative action. We provide confirmation of the recorded consent and acknowledgement by email or another durable medium.
3. If You Do Not Consent to Immediate Delivery
If you qualify as a consumer and do not wish to give the confirmations required for immediate supply, do not start the download. Contact support@evidelis.com before accessing the digital content. Where required by applicable law, delivery may be deferred until the relevant withdrawal period has expired unless you later provide the required confirmations.
4. Withdrawal Before Delivery Begins
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies and digital-content supply has not yet begun following the required consent and acknowledgement, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw by sending an unambiguous statement to support@evidelis.com. Please include sufficient information to identify the relevant purchase.
5. After Digital Supply Has Begun
Once you have expressly requested or consented to immediate digital-content delivery, acknowledged the resulting loss of the statutory withdrawal right, and supply of the digital content has begun, we do not ordinarily provide refunds for a change of mind, failure to use the Product or a decision that the Product is no longer required.
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied digital content.
6. Technical Problems and Non-Conforming Content
If the download link does not work, files cannot be accessed, supplied files are materially corrupted, you receive the wrong product, or the digital content materially fails to correspond with the description provided at purchase, contact support@evidelis.com.
We will first attempt to resolve the problem by restoring access, replacing the relevant files or otherwise bringing the digital content into conformity. Where applicable law provides a right to a price reduction, termination or refund, those rights remain unaffected.
7. Business Purchases
Where the purchaser acts wholly or mainly for business or professional purposes and does not qualify as a consumer, statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. Business purchases are therefore generally non-refundable once the Product has been delivered or access has been provided.
We may nevertheless issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as duplicate payments, incorrect charging, inability to provide the purchased Product or other exceptional circumstances we consider reasonable.
8. Stripe Managed Payments
Payments may be processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Where applicable, Stripe’s Managed Payments service acts as merchant of record for the transaction and may handle transaction-level customer support, refund requests, disputes and payment-related matters. You may therefore also have access to Stripe or Link transaction support.
Nothing in this Policy restricts mandatory rights available under applicable law.
9. Refund Method
Where a refund is approved, it is generally returned through the original payment method and payment provider. Processing times may depend on Stripe, the payment method and the customer’s bank or payment institution.
10. Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us first at support@evidelis.com. Consumers may also have access to an applicable consumer dispute resolution body, including the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee where its jurisdictional requirements are met.
